Salary payment never be on time, even deducted salary in COVID period not paid after giving the commitment, School are running with over management actually which is not required, And work pressure is as like that corporate level, You have to complete your target in results , and one more thing they are not sure in each and every task, Unplanned work will come to you after working hours. Long working hours already from 7.00-4.30. It's fell like humiliation, role of cheef mentor is too high, every work will be done by him only, principal role is same as like security guard, nothing is in her hand.

False commitment, issues with salary and management,... They will trouble you untill they get there job done.. while leaving even after serving notice they did not have the money they hold onto.

Coordination in between teacher and coordinator, no facility for staff members, no fix rules and regulations designed by the school, time consuming distance from school transport
