I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Team mates are vry supportive and cooperative. It has a healthy work environment and salary receives on time. Teachers are underpaid and there no incriment.

...ng letter for documents that u submit. Neither do u get an anappointment letter. Salary slips have to be specially asked for.

Worked for 2 months.. No proper training given.. Management is not good.. Salary is very less according to the timing.. Sometimes u have to work for 10 hrs a day..
