They can remove the employee anytime. So I'll advise the people who is going to work there and all if you are thinking to go there for work, I'll say please don't put your value down. You are going for your field but they'll put you and different field and they will say after 3 4 months we are not getting any better work from you.

As I worked as an communication associater in GCC, as a girl I have some time restrictions from my home, but the hotel owner understood my situation and accommodated it by setting my shift timings until 8 PM. Both the owner and the HR team have a very positive nature and behavior. Despite being part of the hotel industry, they take the time to understand the needs of their employees. Personally, I found everyone's behavior to be exceptionally supportive and considerate.

Dislikes

Some of the employees are very much difficult, toxic and negative but that's not the hotel's problem.
