Our boss is very supportive and teaches us a lot and I got to learn a lot here. The environment here is very good. Everyone teaches each other and teaches others. My bosses Manish Sir and Sanjeev Singh are very supportive and I got to learn a lot from them.

Dislikes

The company should think about its employees. There are some employees who have been working for less than 8 years, but their salary is still only ₹15000. In today's inflation, ₹15000 is nothing. People who come after them also get increment and their designation also increases.Those who leave early, leave the company and do not work honestly, they get everything but the one who works diligently at one place gets nothing. So, please improve this policy.

Junior management job is much more secure. But no growth. Salary low as per hands on experience and as per role & responsibility.

Dislikes

Labour union issue. Top management did not support junior management. Union have full control over working culture. Lake of integrity, commitment,passion,speed & seamless.

Job security is for performers. Great working culture with Work-Life balance. All industrial management standards in place. Management doesn’t load with unnecessary pressures. Product monopoly is companies strength.

Slow pace promotions.
