...staff during lockdown and kept some staff who are related to the top management. They didn't thought about the people who worked for the company without salary. At the time of termination also there was 5 month salary pending. Company didn't took care of the staff, those who supported the company during the tough time. Also during lockdown, they have reduced the salary about 20% to 30 % and reduced working days to 20 days in a month (Remaining 10 Days as unpaid leave). In effect the salary of an employee reduced by 45 % to 50 %. That means an employee who got 5000 Dhms Salary in January month will get around 2750 Dhms in April. And that too when company had enough jobs in hand.

...es are relative of the director and simply taking the fruit of staffs hard work. Works like a typical government office, where people hard work is not recognised and only the managers favorite will get the salary hike and all the benefits. Those who are working for the company will not get any benefits

*Dont go there if you are not from karnataka. Hope you get it. * Dont trust their words until u get written confirmation ( Sometimes even a written confirmation wont work) *You are not a staff but a slave. your manager wont allow you to breathe in front of him. *They took me in visit visa, worked for 3months then asked me to transfer to oman site byt they didnt provide visa for oman.
