Company will be supporting but site management staff will not be supporting. No one taken care of COVID-19 guidelines if you ask for mask & sanitizer staff responded that finished. Very poor culture of this site management.

Gayatri Projects Limited is good but in Purvanchal Expressways Package site management is very poor company is paying and providing good things but not available for employees. They are providing food in plastic at site, water is not provided, vehicle also not available for any emergency or no site office for site Engineers or incharge. In night mess food was also worse food is full of Red Chilly and no sanitisation only one worker serve food to 50 employees Engineer mess is separate but no one will follow rules. All are using Engineer mess like driver supervisor etc.

Honestly, except food and work timings, which is avg. there is pretty much nothing to be told about.

Almost everything... specially salary is never on time.. after working for 3months, you can hope for a month salary, that too is not even sure.

...ployees Treat like a wages workers and also bachelor accomodation are very bad .Also they don't give you any bonus to you and salary is 2 months late .

...E VERY RUDE WITH YOU THEY TREAT JUNIOR EMPLOYEES LIKE ANIMALS OR DAILY WORKERS .SALARY ALSO LATED TWO MONTHS NO BONUS OR COMPENSATION GAVE BY COMPANIES . BACHELOR ACCOMODATIONS THEY PROVIDE TO YOU ARE VERY BAD .SO PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS BAD COMPANY .

... order passed from the director of sign including one cup of tea expenses also . Such a corruption organisation, no security money refund when your time period should be done, no increment should be done after completing 1 yr , every polish is applicable for this organisation, including salary is not credited properly. Such a bad and bad organisation. No one please join this organisation. Please don't give your time to this type of organisation. Please don't join before taking about small things in letter pad of this organisation otherwise you lost everything.

1. There is no job security 2. No fix date for salary, salary received after 2-3months. I have resigned as per project incharge instruction but still I didn't received my salary. 3. Incharge Ship was terrific. 4. Project incharge forced us to resign, 5. Project incharge takes interest only in mess manager ship, HR, etc.
