...isadvantage in Gayatri Projects Limited at my site , In raining session he gave 3 months leave without any salary.

Salary comes in every 2months even though the mining sector in not in loss. The management of the company is very poor. No training for trainee engineer . As per mining industry salary is very less

In our company seniors and juniors relationship is good and my manager is very helpful to me and explains everything what i asked.

There is no time to time salary hikes and office timings also not satisfied

... order passed from the director of sign including one cup of tea expenses also . Such a corruption organisation, no security money refund when your time period should be done, no increment should be done after completing 1 yr , every polish is applicable for this organisation, including salary is not credited properly. Such a bad and bad organisation. No one please join this organisation. Please don't give your time to this type of organisation. Please don't join before taking about small things in letter pad of this organisation otherwise you lost everything.

Everything is in company belongs to corruption and less communication with salary and project expenses delayed at any time.

Honestly, except food and work timings, which is avg. there is pretty much nothing to be told about.

Almost everything... specially salary is never on time.. after working for 3months, you can hope for a month salary, that too is not even sure.
