Appraisal by General Manager, Respected Shivashankar Sir. I impressed him a lot during the personal interview. He mentioned this to his teammates.

Dislikes

Zero training given to freshers. But 100 pc expectation from freshers. With Zero knowledge and training, extracting work from freshers is highly impossible. Three of my then colleagues, Vijay, Fazal and Pramod left the company within a month for the same reason and least co-operation. Fortunately, I was kicked out of the company. Thank you General Manager, for kicking me out without any reason. Thankful to you.
