Best place for new upcoming architects ,as they are given good exposure to all the projects in which they are involved.Healthy work atmosphere balancing both work and other extra circular activities.Really its a great opportunity for me to collaborate with them.

This has a very friendly atmosphere and it is all because of the people who does not shown any difference in the hierarchy. Seniors are friendly with juniors and vice versa. Here everyone is given an opportunity to handle projects and attend client meetings / site visits on their own right from Inters to the Senior most employee. This has both advantages and disadvantages.
