I have worked at Gautham hospital in total of 8 years in 2 terms. This was the best place I have had iny 20 yes of career as Orthopedic surgeon. The work experience in this hospital was exceptional. The professional attitude of all the staff is good. Personally, I have done maximum surgeries here. The OT team was too good. Management considers you as apart of the family. The work experience here is really a good happy memory. The only down side is , the crowd! Sometimes the work may get a bit on heavy side. Still , the very joy of working such good team will erase all such short comings. Overall.....great hospital.

I have worked here for a total of about 6.5 years.... It's a private hospital with excellent facilities. The management is like a family to its employees. One of the best hospitals I have worked with.

Dislikes

Nothing in specific... When I used to work there, the workload was so much that we hardly had time for personal work..... I don't think it should weigh on negative side at all , since working there was a pleasure
