It's a very good company for fresher as it has a excellent learning atmosphere supportive staff and Management any enthusiastic person who wants to learn about plastic moulding or design would love to work here .

Dislikes

There isn't a better scope of development as it is not a big company it is a Tier 2 company along with 12 hour shift makes work life balance pathetic and after interval of 1 or 1 and a half year when you would have learnt everything about the company you will find nothing new to do rather than doing the same thing everyday.
