They must work on employees compensation as per market standards.Salary is very very less and for that also every month they have to strive to pay.They are unjust in giving salary as per skills, Qualification some partiality and biasing is there.Sometimes you don't get opportunity to be in lead even though you are sound enough to take lead but you will be under estimated.Project details and SRS are not noted properly and nor being shared properly which leads to project development and delivery design gap.NO paper work with client which incurs loss for the company.Indisciplined Noisy production team sits with the R&D and developer professionals.

...ve responsibilities. As salary is too low (it is low compare to an worker also). Also they don't give salary on time. Employee need to work under extreme pressure and too much work load as there are very less employees. U need to forget ur personal life if u r working here. Don't except anything from company.
