everything is worst here ..everyone is thinking they are boss of this company and peoples are only here just because they are good in buttering and behave like '' chugaali wali aunties'' and no work culture and even canteen staff are also behave like owner and specially one of staff neha from call centre typical aunty and old age women very unprofessional and also doing work as CCTV camera in gaudium ivf centre

There is no respect for doctors. Higher designated doctors are just sitting and fooling patients. Dr. Manika Khanna is just a buisness minded lady who is least bothered about her employees and only focused on how to grab money from patients.

After working 3 Sundays out of 4 still have no job security Worst clinic to work Mumbai branch is a joke, nurses making tiktok in working hours, no professionalism, senior doctor here is most rude and mean person I ever met

I was very happy to work with Gaudium. There work culture and management was to good and familiar also. Company policies was excellent.

Sometimes I had to go on Sunday, It was little uncomfortable for me.
