Nothing to like. Prapti was its Previous brand. It was dissolve because of that kind of company policy.

Dislikes

There have no privacy for women employees. A woman have many things to discuss which must be confidential. But in their CCTV they also enable the audio, by which they can easily listen the secret conversation. Also they try to collect electricity bill from its employees. And force to turn off ac. It can easily effect any person by making them suffocated. One of worst organization we have ever seen. Their have no security for women. Also their working hours are 66 hours in a week and everyday they forced to work for 11 hours.

Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Dislikes

The excessive hours led to burnout and made it hard to maintain a work-life balance.While the work environment is positive, the unrealistic expectations regarding working hours make it difficult to sustain long-term.

Office environment is terrible. Extremely difficult to work. The whole family is constantly monitoring the employees over cctv camera and hears all conversations of the employees through the microphone of the camera. Tremendous office politics
