There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Learning is good, compensation is average but not very best. If you are honest about your job then you can survive here normally. Some times its too difficult to achieve your target. But overall exp. Is good.

Some of the employee take their job casually due to the low compensation.

My working time very enjoyable the duty. because the work situation is good, Work is satisfied, Every co employees is good communication and relationship

How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

...is little tricky for new joiners but that could be easy if you find good mentor. *Salary hike and promotions.

Salary is very less, higher management are throwing the dicition to lower employees, increment also less , getting incentive criteria is high
