Company messes up your work life balance. Seldom interaction between Management and employees. Many a times have sacrificed my weekoffs for the company, but company doesn't acknowledge this.

The system only. No support during lockdown. Mandatory office and salary structure reduced for a year. No hike on annual compensation infact reduced by 15%

People in Gati is good, company keep updated staff with various training, if you don't want normal growth then can work with company for long life, carrier growth is normal there, salary and appraisal all depends on your performance, more you perform more you get, politics is not too much but you know some people always in every industry which plays games like politics, if you work in company then every day we will learn something, work environment is good if are honest about your work then can easily spend enough time in company, also can give time to family but you need to finish your work efficiently.

I think work pressure too high against salary increments but you can work with enough appraisals, but if wants to grow yourself then can't stay there for long life
