...erms of growth perspective, it's very limited. It takes years to get promotions. Due to that, it's just better to join other organisations with a better position and package.

How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

Old culture carring Salary not match according to work pressure and job timing . 9 to 6 job but you have to work 12 to 13 hours in logistics field . Leave provide company but you can't take if you take then second day senior depressed you by concall .
