There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is very slow. There is done of 3.5 years

No doubt there is a politics, as well as growth also so slow and as usual attack in our salary structure, and main things that internat suddenly slow down or stop to run sometime without any TAT

How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

...is little tricky for new joiners but that could be easy if you find good mentor. *Salary hike and promotions.
