Employees are having easy going in nature and very friendly.

Dislikes

- Gateway does not provide salary to their all employee which they are mentioning in offer letter or increment letter, company deducts such a big amount approximately 40% of employee's package offered by showing different types of excuses and if we talk about work then in starting they provide work to employee but by the time goes let's say 6 months after joining company, shifts their employees on Bench so employee gets only fixed salary amount and their all bonus amount gets cut (which is included around 35 to 40% of their package) from their salary every month (which employee really deserves to be paid) and having so many different types of schemes in salary structure. - Company asks employee to do 9 hours productive work but in return company doesn't pay their employees at all. - Gateway always create dependencies of those employees who are joining as a fresher and signs bond from employee for a longer period whereas in return Gateway doesn't follow any rule for termination like providing their employee notice period if company want to relieve any employee and asks employees to resign on their own and don't give enough time to find other opportunities and even they don't provide any type of unemployment fund like if company is relieving any employee without notice period then , any employee which is getting fired are deserved to get at least 3 months of salary in advance which is a law.

Political Culture Blame game Very Bad Environment Be sure when you join, clarify salary and Bonus related issue and understand because after a year completion they will not give you bonus which is promised when You Join

Working in Gateway is pretty much good from my end i did have work life balance in my case, but truly depends upon the project and project manager.

They should appreciate if someone is working really really good . Policy for leave, bonus is very unclear

- The team which I was working with, was really good and supportive. But this entirely depends on what team you're working with, in general. - Internal training program is there, but not much to expect.

Dislikes

...age working hours. That is 9 hours a day, excluding lunch/tea/washroom breaks. - You get your salary on the 7th/8th of every month. - Not much hike to expect. - You get to work on one project for years and years. No new learning.

- Ontime Salary. - Hiring Trainees every year. - Looks like a training centre.

Dislikes

- Bad HR Policies - Can't trust HR at all. - Long 10 working hours - Trust Issue - Point System - Communication issues in upper management - Employees will be responsible if the company doesn't have projects and that may affect the employee's appraisal as well. - You wouldn't be promoted until put resign. - Few of the seniors are only for Philosophy. - If you take more than one leave in a month may affect your appraisal. - Someone will be hired and put on your head instead of giving you a promotion. - You will be judged based on your previous assignments, not the current ones. - Too much hierarchy - If you ask questions to the accounting department you feel that you are in a government office.
