Awasome Company owner for Staff but lower down staff is not Growth for salary and encriments , promotion big issues . I think very roughly inspection lower Staff for promotion etc..... Again I remembered Company is best .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.

1- Fixed working hours. 2- Mostly defined role and responsibilities. 3- Timely payment. 4- Decent infrastructure.
