No promotions neither salary increament. Job is not secure. Senior workers never do support to new joining or new comers. There are so many politics. Not even leave is fixed in this office. Overall not good for work. Every one gives preference to the bengoli people. Also cast and religion related judgement is there which is not good for working environment. Overall It is a very bad company.

Regarding salary structure not aligning with experience levels. Shortage of expertise or experienced manpower Salary structure very low with respect to present value Compare to the work pressure manpower is less

...nagement,half of the company employees don't understand the meaning of honesty.no fixed date for salary.no time limits for work.no ot.they violates their own commitment everytime.B.tech and Diploma engineers should not choose this company.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
