Management frequently changes every 3-6months No ethics When u have to join company u should join with on 15 days… when u want resign u should serve 90 days notice period… if company wants to remove immediate effect or 10-15 days time they will give u… There is no constant plan for company no ethical policies If ur performance is top in all India no 1 for 1 year no use u will get nothing and says that ur collaps distribution Ex: when I joined my territory doing 45 lakh and beside state doing 1.5 Cr After 1 year I was doing 1 Cr and beside state doing 1.2 Cr In 2024 after jan company reduced size and margin after that everyone struggled to get business In this time I was doing 80 lakh avg and beside state doing 85-90 lakh I started at 45 and doing 80 lakh avg Besides state when I joined doing 1.5 Cr now doing 85-90 lakh They is no equivalent treatment for everyone I say one don’t waste your time and career in this organisation NSM don’t have any power and freedom to take decisions

TA DA is not given in correct time, there no time for TA And DA, useally they are not giving montly

1)We can learn many things from the organization and management also always support the employee who are all work really well. 2)no work pressure and always departmental heads are ready to give idea in difficult situations and give you free hands to take own decision and explore new things. 3) work and life we can balance both this organization.
