One thing I like at Garuda aerospace i.e if you could play politics well or if you are a relative to management members then even if you are unworthy or 10th fail candidate also gets big role here like vice president (Karthikeyan/Niharika and etc...)

They don't pay salaries on time, no job security,, useless meetings everyday by unworthy candidates who dont even understand what is going on and they are top management, PF amount generally they dont credit still for me. They don't even inform travel rules but asks us travel with our money. Theives every where in the management.

Friendly department heads because they are not assigning any work simply getting salary without doing anything not only my department every dept are same.

you cant learn anything here because they are dont know anything simply creating fake document in all departments, highlights of garuda aerospace is HR from telecalling dept, senior manager from teachers and unskilled senior employees,salary may credit if they wish to credit to their employees please join to garuda aerospace if u try to suicides with slow poison.im just resigned previous month its feel like release from jail, more employees are terminated because of they doing their job very well to improve the growth of garuda aerospace

they are not providing Id card , Pf account , salary silp etc no professionalism is there, they treat employees like daily wages everyday they are begging to the employees to put like,comment, and share in social media

they are not giving salary , id card , etc everyday make calls and leave office this is a work for all department like fleet,mfg,R&D etc . they are recuriting mostly from campus interview because no one come for walkin.
