There is nothing good here, everybody pretends to be good.

... some money. The head of the company interferes in the day to day routine here. There are no working hours, salaries are not paid on time. From the CEO to the HR and all the employees who attend to the new employees and clients, all of them are experts in giving wrong information and misleading. Also, they hold the original documents of the employees and when asked for them back, they behave badly and do not return the documents.

The work culture and colleagues are very supportive and cooperative. They help each other, act as pillars of support, and offer the best advice.

Dislikes

During my six-month tenure, the salary was consistently delayed. There was noticeable favoritism; employees deemed more valuable were paid on time, while others faced delays. The owner lacked professional ethics, often dismissing employees without notice if they were not immediately useful. This created a high-pressure environment, disrupting work-life balance by contacting employees outside of working hours. Additionally, the compensation was below market standards and did not reflect the employees' skills and contributions.

...t in my entire career.if you want to make your life hell then join this company.this is not a company this is lala ki dukan, so frustrating to survive each day in this company please do not fall to the fake promises and traps of this company ~ Worst management ~ No salary on time ~ Always working in 10-12 hours ~ Work pressure because of only 2-3 employee available in gis team ~ HR behaviour is so rude ~ No strategy how to handle the projects ~ Employees and management are always changing ~ Office politics When you leave the job, they are not pay anyone's two months salary When you join, they will be given salary in the second month Stey away from this worst company.....

nothing. never in my life i would recommend this company to anyone. always hold salaries, so much work pressure.

Their leadership, working culture, everthing is bad about this company except the high pay. which may can be delay till 20-25th date of the month.

There is no fixed working time here, salary does not come on time and travel and other money also does not come on time, documents are submitted at the time of joining and are not returned on time, the owner of the company and the Jaipur HR manager both are very fake, they exploit and mislead the employees,
