...y don't have any rule for increment. They give increment to any one at any time. The office boys salary is higher then working employees. Company direct behaviour is worst against the employees they don't like. They can throughout you at any time without any reason. Only good looking girl can survive in this company.

Not a good company to work with. This company feels like lala type company. They can fire you without any intimation or justification. The directors of the company are some of the worst individuals they will use bad words at you like your nothing in front of them. Think 100 times before joining them.

Inspiring, Trusting and Motivating bosses. Good working time and good management. People standing at irrespective sites are very Supportive.

Dislikes

Management seems to be slow in sending materials on site due to which company name gets spoiled. Lack of Communication. Comp-off to be added in system, staff is doing handwork even on weekends. Vendors and Contractors area not supporting on time especially on handing over stage.
