Learning Challenges, Approaching leaders is nearly impossible, micromanagement and workplace culture is negligible and non-existent. A aesthetic workplace will inspire employees but it is absent here. One has to be prepared for a difficult and next to impossible climb. Improving the HR policies, embracing the Hybrid model and IT infrastructure advances will make life easier for everyone. Also do consider the filing system to be more efficient and digital.
