...ds give you for good job. Fixed increament for all employees. No extra benefits. Not good canteen and if you want to drink tea ☕ it's also pay by your self.

In garden silk mill best thing is that company give the importance of ISO ,OHSAS,and safety,which helps people to work smoothly.

Overall is is good such as job security, work culture etc. But salary and company policy is very poor ,you are not maintain work life balance with such type salary.

Salary is very poor of old employee, must require good hike and company environment also not good everywhere coal dust flying.
