...ed my number, the person conducted the interview and they agreed for everything. I started working there and and end of the month as I was waiting for the salary, they keep me waiting and waiting. In previous organisation I was earning 38 k per month. Here after saying repeated time they give me 7 k on my Google pay on 13 Aug. After seeing the salary I literally cried 😭😭..I would like to highlight some point here. It is the fraud organisation, they have no physical availablity in India. They will politely hire you by agreeing everything. Once you start working, they will not give your salary and if you repeatedly ask for they will give very minimum amount. This organisation totally runs on unpaid intern. And over the ambition box and glass door all the rating has been given by the interns, they forcefully take the rating before give them internship completion certificate. They hire permanent employee from India Pakistan and Bangladesh. Once I started working, I doubted earlier but after seeing that rating here I am convinced but story was completely different. They will cheat you please don't join the organisation. They are only 15 members who are operating. They intention is to hire frequently and let them work if they ask salary, they will fire you. It is very genuine feedback.

I thoroughly enjoyed my HR internship at Gao Tech, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment. I appreciated the opportunities to learn and grow, and developed strong understanding of HR principles and practices. While there were some challenges, the experience was overall rewarding, and I'm grateful for the guidance from my supervisor and team. I would recommend this internship to others, and I'm confident that the skills I gained will benefit my future career.

What i like about the period of my internship was that as a full_time student, It allows me to handle my other tasks besides without any serious time managing problem.

What was not that pleasent for me، was chaging the group leaders who sometimes were not that responsible and follower about our requests.

The team work is so fabb . I have learnt most of the part as an HR intern . I had get to know many things and have learnt many new skills. I think for me a very good career start as i also got placement in the same organization.

Some how if there are advantages and also disadvantages too. But we need to take those positively as we are working in any of the working environment.
