...tion in every 2-3 years after, upper management did not pass reports to juniors. Staff salary for 3 months pending after leaving the organisation. 1 and half years tenure passed but till date salary not credited to the staffs. Contactor payment is very big issue in this organisation

...k environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is also good. Company policies are average, they give nominal salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not upto the mark and career growth is very slow.

I think teammates was mostly positive site in that company, as it helps automatically to build up relationships in own selfs and support for helping to achieve existing learned and trained and gathering successful experiences.
