Nothing to like. It is a company where you will find many types of fraud peoples (chor). Every higher post people's are chor, they just know put the money into his pocket. No one will help you even company's ceo.

1. Salary delay by at least 4-5 months and you have to pay meal money by own. 2. There is no set time to go to the room. Depends on DGM's mind. 3. If you are a family man or a fresher then according to me GDCL is not for you. Because you have to work by borrowing money from someone. 4. Even you laborer, cook, driver or from the office boy you can heard bad words or beaten for money. 5. Increment is maximum 1000/- 6. Even if you leave the company, you forget your money. You will never get that due money.

...tion in every 2-3 years after, upper management did not pass reports to juniors. Staff salary for 3 months pending after leaving the organisation. 1 and half years tenure passed but till date salary not credited to the staffs. Contactor payment is very big issue in this organisation
