Salaries are not so good. Job security is nil. Don't expect any support / encouragement/appreciations/salary hike; must go on on your own. Heavy Dust Pollution. If any person wants to continue his entire career, it is not suitable. He must count his days of working there, until getting the good opportunities.

...support from higher management There are snake type behavior's in colleagues Minimal Pay (Ranges from 10k to 15k) No work recognition Working hours …. Generally a person need to work for 8-9 hours but in this port everyday it will take above 10 hours Toxic Managers No Good tools No safety Appraisals and Increments are worst if you work here for 3 years you get 12k to 15k hike in your annual salary...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
