If company change duty time 10.30hrs is straight shift it’s difficult to get time for yourself just eat work sleep need to change in timing then everyone like to join gangar only

...t you salary If any shoplifting they will deduct the whole amount from salary If your late then salary deduction If you do any mistakes you will face deduction from salary The higher management the GM dosent know how to talk to the employee she keeps body shaming and talks nonsense all the time If you face any trouble jst call area manager he will answer I don't know anything I will ask and tell being area manager he does not know anything or don't have any update

1)Working like slave 2)No friendly culture with management 3)Lots of politics with lots of pressure. 4)We have leaves but can't take the leave as per requirements. 5) Working with Baniya Company , mental harassment working for 11 hours. 6)No increment since from last 5 years very strange.

Gangar eye nation is best place for work , healthy environment and they are always ready to make a knowledgeable staff , and this is the best thing of Gangar ,….. I learned many things from the Gangar eye nation and it’s very helpful for me in our ophthalmic field and also my daily life , thank you
