I work as a utility engineer in this company there is lot of thing you should learn because the staff is very freindly and supportive

Salary ,holidays, gate pass ,manager speak with abusive language only & 12 hrs of shift with not encouragement

This company is very bad. Management team also very bad. There is job security and work satisfaction. There are two person Mr Harikesh Singh Mr Sarthak Tiwari Both are very bad persons. So I request to everyone not to join this company.

The good thing is as long as you can adjust you can work here. There is no layoff or forceful removal

The work culture is really odd. Lot of incompetent people handle work and the management is very harsh on the employees. Very few holidays. Only sundays and 5 days in entire year other than sunday

I am working as account executive in Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd. the teammates of this concern are co-operative, company also organize time to time training sessions as per requirement,job security is excellent, there is lack of career growth, there may be time taking, salary increment is average, if we talk about travel policy is satisfactory, and about politics it depends upon you nature and awareness, if you will take initiative in politics, there you will found good and bad aspects.if you want learn here is much scope. work environment is good and friendly. there is no innovation so much whatever, I want. and balance between working life and personal life is hard. over all there is very good environment to seeing the Private companies working culture.

I was forced for the OT of 12 hrs, salaries were at its lowest that even a pan wala was earning better than me. No proper fooding facilities at the company during that time, work was hectic, with rotational shifts. It made me to believe that I don't deserve much.
