IN GENERAL IS GOOD for all working there except on one two cases as said above.THE salary for regular staff is as per UGC SCALE BUT in my case the GRI did not deduct the PF from my salary thus the GRI failed to GIVE ALL PF CONTRIBUTIONS OF ITS SHARE TO ME. IN he morning there is a prayer meetings every day with all the teaching staff and all the students in front of their respective departments for about ten minutes.But at UNIVERSITY LEVEL THIS PRAYER MEETINGS IS NOT NECESSARY. The students teachers friendliness is necessary at GRI and a cordial relationship between students and teachers should be encouraged.The students who are matured enough to lead their personal life should be free to learn anything inthe dept and to be free from unnecessary rules in the nam eof culture or old habits. The students in particular the girl unmarried students should have courage to say the truth to others and they should not complaint their teacher making the teacher in a dangerous state.The students should be honest and faithfulll to all the teaching staff. Now the UGC give thirty marks to PH.D qualification but seven mark to M.PHIL qualification and 7 mark to UGC/CSIR NET JRF AND 5 mark to lecturership/assistant professorship NET and 3 mark to SLST/SET.The UGC should not give more than two times the mark given for M.PHIL DEGREE.So the mark for PH.D SHOULD BE 14 INSTEAD OF 30 FOR THE INTERVIEW /interviews for teaching post

I DO NOT LIKE MISUSE OF DISCRETIONARY POWER BY SOME HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENTS AGAINST THEIR OWN TEACHING STAFF IN THE GRI.SOME HOD USE THEIR DISCRETIONARY POWER TO APPOINT THEIR PH.D STUDENTS INSTEAD OF THOSE WHO HAD ALREADY WORKED THERE.THUS THERE NO JOB SECURITY IN GRI. I DO NOT LIKE THE DAILY PRAYER MEETING AT THE GRI IN THE MORNING .I do not like some teaching staff in charge of the departments misuse their discretionary powers to send out the sincere staff there.The vice chancellor of GRI SHOULD NOT DEPEND UPON THE VIEWS OF THE HOD in the matters of service conditions and appointments. I do not like some students who disrespect their class teachers and even complaint them to the HOD to get some marks in the internal exams THERE IS NO OPEN VIEW in the GRI.Staff and students are not allowed to talk openly either on their personal or political or social matters in GRI.THE GRI management is misusing the staff to spy about the teaching staff who are on probation/temporary. The university cantean facility and more building are needed. The M.PHIL and PH.D admissions should be freely available to all eligible candidates.

The wages and the wicked permanent employees who deny the improvement of the institute through their purposeful dragging of the files and running useless unemployment increasing junk mooc and diploma courses.
