House wise grouping of students from very 1st year to promote homogeneity and cultural ambiance. 8. Highest order of discipline in academics as well as campus life. 9. There is quite differentiation between teaching and non teaching staff irrespective of the fact that having ample experience and potentiality in official works. Due to this, very often there is notable lack of co-ordination amongst them. This practice should be stopped and counselling at appropriate level should be given from time to time.
