I feel good while taking classes as I am a teacher. Classes goes on very regularly.

Dislikes

I am working in this college since last 7 years but increments are not up to my expectations. Which I should not expect from a private company.

Likes

Being a full-time faculty member I can balance my personal and professional life. Opportunities to learn about different research projects are more. I can explore myself to the fullest.

Proper documentation of different activities is not maintained.

The college environment is very good . working culture is good . students are so obedient . all faculties are very cooperative. I am feeling blessed to be the part of Gandhi institute for technology.

Likes

There is quite differentiation between teaching and non teaching staff irrespective of the fact that having ample experience and potentiality in official works. Due to this, very often there is notable lack of co-ordination amongst them. This practice should be stopped and counselling at appropriate level should be given from time to time.

Dislikes

Official timings should be maintained for working in office, which generally followed based on the class timings of the students.
