The colleagues were good but the administration is terrible and it's not a place for development and growth.They make you overwork and pay you less.They take lots of fees from students and exploit the faculty there is no respect towards them.Not at all recommended.

...ter or any experience letter and if someone asks they terminate them forcefully. Exploitation is more with meagre salary and they are terrible in nature especially the higher ups who gain profits like it's a business hub.There is no ethic and work policy which makes the faculty leave within few months.As no one can sustain there for longer periods.

Work culture is not good. job offer letter not issued to employee. high expectations and very less salary from management. Don’t join this group if you are not so desperate.

Mental patients are managing the institute. Don’t run behind the institute by seeing Autonomous .... Quality education is not there lot of non Odiya politics is going on here. Students are cheated by beautiful advertisements and paid brokers. Many good colleges are there to join as student or facility. Don’t join GEC unless you are desperate or you have suicidal attitude.

Worst working place ever seen in my life. No job security, third grade management and company policy exploiting all the stakeholders.
