Strongly not recommend to join for better future. If you are looking for good company with good work culture please saty away. No job security & guarantee. Company can fire you anytime. Be aware..! Gandhi is good for their old employees not for new one due to worst culture followed by senior management.

Dislikes

...where engineers treated like labour's & labour also not respect their engineer. Your salary decide on your relation with your manager there is no respect for your skills. They are not allow you to work with competitors by signing the bonds etc. means your knowledge is useless after leaving this organization that means there is no scope in market for you. You can see there many engineer having experience more than 10 year. They unable to finding another job which is best examples for you. It is enough to say if you want experience it then go with gandhi.

Dislikes

Think 200 times before joining. No respect for employees. This is a gujarati version of East India company. Leave policy is rubbish. they will put salary on hold after joining. Employees have died due to non stop mental torture by management, still they wont change. All positive reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox are fake. Hire and fire culture at extreme levels. No job security. HR policies need to be kept in the museum
