Office culture and policies will bring down your self motivation. Employees are not given credit for work they deliver. You will be surprised with HR policies and how they treat employees. There are no benefits or facilities other than your CTC.

The technology was good, they do hire good people as well but unfortunately really bring out the worst in them because the leadership and culture is terrible. Extremely crude leadership. They do not respect their employees and speak very badly to them

Dislikes

Other than the technology, everything is terrible. People are generally excited about joining a good start up but this one you should stay away from according to me. I've worked with companies that really respected their employees and this place was a real shorker. Absolutely no perks or benefits were provided, lack of empathy and trust from the leadership. It was really sad to see young people suffer in this company
