I have been working with Gammon for 4 years from 2011 to 2015.C I think this company has been taken over by a company. Once this company was a well-known company in india for its remarkable projects. After the downfall the company suffered heavy losses in almost all projects. I had a pretty good time in company.

Delay in salary. No benefits No promotion No increment

This is a very good place to learn and lead a team, there is many chance to work every where independently. Junior -senior bonding / all are friendly. I worked at kolkata metro project. Work culture good.

There is no job guarantee, salary not confirm when will credit your account. 4,6 months delay in salary. Lots of pressure. Senior management direct contact to labour, supervisor, no value to engineer.

Gammon India Company Is Good For Working in Hinghly Structure & Well Experienced Engineers Are Working Here. So Over all Compony Is very good Specialy Big Structure ( MJB, Flyover, Interchange,MNB etc.)
