1] People working here, are really good in development 2] Work you get here, will teach you a lot of things 3] Felifibility in working hours 4] Work from home 5] You get to work on a lot of thingss from scratch 6] If you do your training well, you will be way ahead from rest of the world

1] Pay is less ( very less as compared to Indian standards as compared to other companies) if you have offers with any service based companies or even a company who is having similar pay range you can join gammastack, you wont regret, because of the learnings you will get. which will help you further in grabbings huge offers

Overall Rating is actually more than 5 , because If you gonna consider rating bucket it should be out of 10 , so from side it is overflow. Promotion : Yes this company is having decent way as they all are data lovers. Because HRs are even wishing us Happy bday using Excel. Job security : As per my opinion security comes with projects intake , delivery and Client portfolio Management. This company is having alot of projects in the pipeline. And approx 200+ projects delivered. ( Numbers may exceed * ). Skill development / Learning : Here we are facing continous learning each day. Work Satisfaction : If you can sleep nicely post work that means you are satisfied. And my sleep cycle is 10 hours . Hahaha Company Culture : Yes there are alot of companies who are promising for this . Gammastack is not promising anything because this is our basic hygiene.

See to be very honest , I am still searching , and I am having binoculars also to see anything happening wrong from my flat also. Hahhaha

The only good thing about this company is flexible working hours

They will put you in 2 to 3 projects and you need to handle them alone.No one is there to guide you if you need any help and there is no code review so whatever you do is your responsibilty.There is no job security and you will be given 2 weeks notice period,so join at your own risk also there is favouritism in the company.

The MANAGEMENT and HR are very much similar to the "saas" of indian serials, what they do is they cheat whether it is the work related thing or even the salary, I worked with the organization for a year and I must say this is the worst organization one can be in. 1) Management and HR, pretend like they are upto good and tell you things like good growth opportunities and development opportunities are given, but in reality growth and development is far away, you are just here to work without any guidance or direction from upper management. 2) They kept appraisals on hold for employees, the yearly meetings were postponed, management has no idea how to get things done and the blame game starts. 3) During my tenure even after knowing where this organization is going, I gave my hardwork to the deeds and in the end what I got was nothing. 4) This is a organization which lies to its employees and clients, they create fake profiles of developers and pitch clients globally using various mediums, they misinform the clients. 5) People are leaving this organization due to this, this is going to not end well. 6) THE HR specially NEELAM KABRA SODHANI and ANJALI TIWARI are liers. They cheat on paper and even they try to intimidate you by providing fake promises and allegations as well.
