1] Pay is less ( very less as compared to Indian standards as compared to other companies) if you have offers with any service based companies or even a company who is having similar pay range you can join gammastack, you wont regret, because of the learnings you will get. which will help you further in grabbings huge offers

flexible timings, no micro-management, work-life balance, WFH during the pandemic

less compensation, fewer growth opportunities, no health insurance, bad salary structure, 3-months notice period, no welcome kit

Not much TBH, other than permanent work from home for some employees

No planning in projects for development, unexpected deadlines and commitments to client, Excessive workload, toxic work culture with politics and favoritism.

Overall Rating is actually more than 5 , because If you gonna consider rating bucket it should be out of 10 , so from side it is overflow. Promotion : Yes this company is having decent way as they all are data lovers. Because HRs are even wishing us Happy bday using Excel. Job security : As per my opinion security comes with projects intake , delivery and Client portfolio Management. This company is having alot of projects in the pipeline. And approx 200+ projects delivered. ( Numbers may exceed * ). Skill development / Learning : Here we are facing continous learning each day. Work Satisfaction : If you can sleep nicely post work that means you are satisfied. And my sleep cycle is 10 hours . Hahaha Company Culture : Yes there are alot of companies who are promising for this . Gammastack is not promising anything because this is our basic hygiene.

See to be very honest , I am still searching , and I am having binoculars also to see anything happening wrong from my flat also. Hahhaha

The only good thing about this company is flexible working hours

They will put you in 2 to 3 projects and you need to handle them alone.No one is there to guide you if you need any help and there is no code review so whatever you do is your responsibilty.There is no job security and you will be given 2 weeks notice period,so join at your own risk also there is favouritism in the company.
