1. Them recruiting a female candidate as an AMC supervisor is really a big question mark, because that's a complete man's job. Yes they do have premium level of clients but the clients are at the top of the hierarchy, the supervisor has to cross base level of people such as security guards, labourers, it was a complete distress for me and my other female colleague as well. 2. Traveling: they'll try to give you a cluster of sites but that doesn't work out well( because you'll be getting multiple calls at same time from different clients) , one has to walk atleast 4kms to reach their sites if they don't have a bike. 3. Hiring horti or agri graduates for a position which can easily be handled even by illiterate person with some knowledge on paper handling (no offence but that's the reality) 4. There is no work life balance, if the client is having some issues regarding the plants, the supervisors has to complete the task even on weekends or night time. 5. Top of it you will not be getting any week offs 6. No timely reimbursement 7. There's no difference between an AMC employee and crew member. At a times you'll feel completely ignored during workspace discussion PS:These points are only applicable for AMC all other departments were treated with utmost care and consideration by the top level management, but AMC department Was usually neglected.
