New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

No Work-life balance, Company always demotivate you and forcefully decrease you salary. Compare you with your 2-2.5 year old seniors .No job security. Worst management.

Nothing to like. They think you'll start working from first day like an expert but don't give that much salary. Founder and Co-founder don't work at all. But expect a lot from you.

Most people with experiece in Gamix labs are people who won't get a job else where, so they are not leaving this company. So they torture NEW ARRIVALS in the company, so that there job is safe. Founder asks Employees to give FAKE REVIEWS so that reality is not exposed.

The Management is really unprofessional and take pleasure in making derogatory comment about employees personal life. When a employee the company they put unjustified allegation against their ex employees and disrespectful behavior's towards the employees should be a red flag for anyone considering working for them. Its crucial for the company to value his employee and gamix labs fails miserably in this regards.

I am working here for the last 4 years. I joined as a Game Developer, then learned developing game servers, different technologies like firebase, then Appengine, then Kubernetes. You will see they are always eager to adopt latest and best technologies, even if they require changing everything.
