If you want to spend your time only for data entry for life than this mighr be your option as the job title and other experience which they provide isn't available or worth compared to other industry standards, I wouldn't be speaking of the company culture as it depends on individual point of view.

Dislikes

Benefits and compensation and transportation and mainly management behavior which is not appropriate sometimes, especially some team leads who don't even care about fellow team mates if they are going through some work pressure.

Likes

You will have good enough work life balance as a fresher. If you are preparing for some entrance exam then joining this company at a junior level is a good idea to earn some money and at the same time have enough time for study.

Dislikes

Unless you join as a developer or for a technical role. You will only do DATA ENTRY. you will do DATA ENTRY at a lead or assistant manager level also. Don't be fooled by the company name. Working for Gameopedia will not help you in anyway to get a proper job in the gaming industry as its only a data entry company at its core. The two departments for which this company hires the most "Taxonomy" and "Pubs" require nothing more than school level qualification. Working for Gameopedia is good if you have just passed out of school and later have plans for graduation or post graduation. Otherwise its a CAREER suicide as the kind of work that the company does provides ZERO learning opportunities or skills that maybe useful in some other professional role. You will have no skills or experiences that can be shown in your resume or that can be made use of in some other company or job role.
