Everything starting from extremely poor Management, overtiming (morally questioned by seniors if failed to do), compensation, zero overtime benefits, zero performance benefits,zero learning curve. You shall get stuck and will get out as a zero.

Toxic Culture. Zero Growth. They have fired 20 employees in Jan'25 during appraisal period and have hired new interns for 20k for 9 months probation. Leadership team are bunch of amateurs. Please avoid this company because being jobless is more beneficial than working here.

This firm deserves 0 stars, therefore I wish I could give it to it. This company's toxic culture is unlike anything I've ever encountered. There is constant micromanagement, with managers watching your every move and breathing down your neck. It is disgusting how poorly employees are treated. Hard effort and dedication are not appreciated. Instead, workers are dismissed and viewed as cheap resources. The company's culture is fundamentally toxic. There is a lot of gossip and backbiting. In a workplace where everyone is constantly competing, trust is nonexistent, and lasting relationships are difficult to develop with coworkers. There is no such thing as a work-life balance. Without regard for their personal lives or general wellbeing, the company demands that employees be available around-the-clock. Days off are discouraged, and returning to a hard workload and passive-aggressive comments are the norm. I can't emphasise enough how dangerous this setting is to one's emotional well-being. Your motivation is destroyed, your energy is depleted, and you feel completely defeated as a result. Save yourself the pain and stay away from this business at all costs. There are plenty more companies out there that cherish their workers and offer a positive and supportive workplace.
