Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1) Team Lunch and Team Out.

Dislikes

1) There are not giving the salary on-time. 2) There is no job security. 3) If you want to take leave, they will detect the money in your salary. 4) you will work like low-level labor sometimes. 5) They took me as a Digital Marketing but I worked as a store handled, a low-level employee. 6) They are not giving any training related to digital marketing things. 7) There's no proper seat to work. 8) It is a start-up company but the management is not good.
