Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend manager calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take my suggestions most of the time. Team management is very very bad.

There is nothing to like about this company. Even if would say anything good about this company it would be a lie to myself.
