When it comes to work culture it has a balanced system culture polices are really good but compensation is poor .

I had been in this company for 9 months but they laid off due to COVID even without notice it was immidiate one day action that was really a terrible experience. Job security is really worst.

...'t have enough skills to be on that position. Too much discriminations and bias. I was satisfied with the work and all at the time of joining even though the salary was very less. But later on got to know about the real picture of leaders and the whole management team.

...started my career in the GSC and it like a stepping stone for my career success.For an experienced person the package they offer is very less. Overall I’ll rate company 4 out of 5.

They should give more opportunities to the employees to learn new things. mangers & TL should avoid supporting for only specific person Bec it looks kind of disgusting for other employees. Should increase giving benefits for their employees.

* Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

In terms of pay Its little bit less . It should improve by 20%

Management, hiring people on reference basis hv more compensation and lack of knowledge. The appraisal thing is manual, no proper process. Company is good but TM or STM depend department wise.
