Management, hiring people on reference basis hv more compensation and lack of knowledge. The appraisal thing is manual, no proper process. Company is good but TM or STM depend department wise.

The only thing you can expect from this company is a two way cab facility. Nothing else.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.

...tasks makes everything hectic though the work is easy Managers don't care about your capacity Promotions are just a mirage Salary less than market standards Higher marks you down without investigating any issue if you complain about anything to them

If you are lucky you would get a very nice manager If you are unlucky then you would get a manager who would take everything as a personal attack to himself and would always try to threaten you by saying different words In Gallagher they believe words of people who are there for longer period than that of a new joiner.. If you are new joiner they would treat you like a child and you have to report everything you do in the day to your manager.. If you are joining Gallagher in Mumbai location Disclaimer - please be aware about girls and don't trust everyone easily they will very nice to you at your face but that same person would go back and escalate things on you The manager I was reporting had this said to me a lot of times that you are in workplace and you cannot have friends over here,they are you colleague and you need to treat them like colleague And still expect to baby sit there favourite or referred employee... As if they are some 2-3 years old baby. HR will also not listen to you unless you have concrete evidence that you are the victim not the other way around.. Please be very careful with how to choose words to communicate..... If you are asked to join Gallagher re analytics/application support team don't join Otherwise you will have to adjust like we used to do in school in old days where there will be a teacher with a stick who would instruct you to do something and if you don't do that then you are in danger
